Altum LLC is a privately owned company created out of our desire to bring the benefits of composites to all industries.
Our team has over 60 years of combined experience in composites and thermoplastic materials. Focused disciplines include product and process engineering, R & D, new product development, supply chain and supplier development. Our group has the know how to choose the right raw materials and suppliers, then combine them with the correct manufacturing processes. This combination will ensure production rates are efficient, tolerances are tight, and performance exceeds specification.
Our experts assist with design, raw material selection, and downline manufacturing processes. We have practical experience with commodity and engineering grade thermoplastics; Fiberglass, carbon fiber, basalt and even self-reinforcing fibers; Thermoplastics Foams, honeycombs and other light-weighting solutions are all available to meet the needs of your project. Our simple approach, built around years of design and manufacturing experience, aides our customers in selecting the best polymer and reinforcement for each component of their composite parts.
